Terms of Service

ONYX Intelligence (“ONYX”, “we”) provides a premium market-intelligence platform, aggregating macroeconomic, geopolitical, and alternative data. We offer AI-assisted research and tools for building simulated (“paper”) trading strategies. By accessing our Service, creating an account, or interacting with our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You agree to use ONYX strictly for its intended purpose. You explicitly agree that you will not:

• Scrape, spider, or systematically extract data or content from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform or AI models.
• Use the API beyond the rate limits defined in your plan, or attempt to bypass these limits.
• Resell, redistribute, or create derivative commercial products from our proprietary data feeds.

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

ONYX is a software and data product. Nothing in the service — including data panels, AI-generated analysis, trading signals, or strategy tooling — constitutes financial or investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or other instrument.

ONYX is not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Financial markets involve significant risk, including the loss of principal.

Our strategy tooling allows for "paper trading." These balances and executions are purely simulations and confer no real assets or actual market returns. Where the service permits connecting a third-party brokerage account via API keys or OAuth, orders are routed to and executed by that brokerage under your separate agreement with them. ONYX merely transmits instructions you authorize and does not hold customer funds or securities.

Market and alternative data is sourced from third parties. While we strive for premium quality, data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Furthermore, our platform utilizes generative AI, and AI-generated content can occasionally hallucinate or be wrong. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Paid tiers are billed securely via Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue through the end of the paid period. Fees are strictly non-refundable except where required by local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX’s aggregate liability arising out of the service is strictly limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Under no circumstances are we liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or trading-related losses.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
